After meeting the general requirement, the first level of the registration process is for potential supplier
or contractor to provide us with the following documents for our evaluation:
1. Latest 3 months bank statement – Compulsory
2. Latest 3 years audited financial statement – Compulsory
3. Letter of support from Principal or Holding Company.
4. Letter from bank(s) to confirm on any credit facilities given and the unutilized balance.
5. Company profile with relevant proven track record in oil and gas industry.
6. List of product code or sub job or both (in cases where you intended to register both as supplier
and contractor) – Please use the attached forms.
The completed documents shall be submitted directly to MMHE office in Pasir Gudang at the following address:
