Thank you for your interest to do business with MMHE. Potential vendors are advised to read carefully and
understand the basic requirement for registration. A clear understanding is important to ensure applications
submitted are complete and can be given due consideration.
General Requirement for Registration
Following requirements must be fulfilled before applying:

Must be registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (For local application).

Paid up capital in the form of ordinary shares not less than:

RM 10,000 - For registration as Supplier RM 100,000 - For registration as Contractor |

The company must be in a sound financial position. For companies that have been incorporated for more than eighteen (18) months, shareholders’ funds must be at a positive level.

New company which is incorporated less than 1 year is not encouraged to apply for registration; unless there is a strong recommendation by user.

5.
|
Application from sole proprietor and partnership is not accepted; unless it is essentially required for which only professional partnership is accepted.
|
• Please be reminded that any incomplete submission will be REJECTED without giving any notice; therefore please ensure that all required documents (especially the compulsory items) are submitted accordingly.
• If your company is successful at the pre qualification level, an application form shall be sent direct to you through your designated e-mail. A processing fees of RM 200 (Ringgit Malaysia: Two Hundred Only) plus the necessary bank charges for outstation check need to be submitted with each application form (supplier and subcontractor will be treated as two different separate application).
· Upon receiving of the above forms and payments, your application will be further evaluated.
Additional requirement that will be used to evaluate the company are:

Having the necessary material and /or resources for every category of supply product applied.

2.
|
Having the relevant technical capability in management staffs, skilled labor forces and equipments for every service category applied.
|
3.
|
Registered with relevant statutory bodies, professional bodies or related government departments, where applicable.
|
• The evaluation process will take approximately 45 working days or less.
• Upon successful registration, a fees of
RM 500 (Ringgit Malaysia: Five Hundred Only) will be imposed for registered period of two years for each category, i.e. Supplier or Contractor.
• Please take note that the registration of contractor or supplier in MMHE is subject to the general policy and rules of the Company for the appointment of Contractors and suppliers and subject to changes from time to time without assigning any reasons or the issuance of notice.
• MMHE has no obligation to any contractor or supplier who has been registered. The award of work shall be governed by the MMHE’s standard procedures on the engagement of contractor or supplier.
• Potential vendors are advised to fill in ALL sections of the form completely and truthfully. Information that is incorrect or willfully withheld shall render the application null and void. MMHE reserves the right to reject the application without further notice and without giving any reasons.
